Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Payment Information
. You may need to purchase a subscription to access and use the Services. If you purchase a subscription to our Services, our third-party payment processors collect your payment-related information, such as your credit card information, billing address, or other financial information.

Our third-party vendors, Fullstory and Google Analytics, monitors your use of this website to improve our customer experience. By interacting with our website, you consent to the real-time recording of information about your device and your interactions with this site by us and Fullstory, HubSpot, and any other session replay, chatbot, or ad cookie/pixel vendor, including information you input and fields you click.

     • Analytics Partners. We use analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to collect and process certain analytics data. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at  Additionally, we use Full Story and HubSpot for user tracking, you consent to JITX processing your data in Full Story and HubSpot for JITX’s own purposes as a condition of use of our services.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others’ rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through the Services.

     • Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers
. We may transfer your personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our assets.
